The Suanplu community is a densely populated slum situated in downtown Bangkok. It used to be crammed in isolated area behind many embassies and hotels. A major fire completely damaged this poor community in 2004. Sikkha Asia Foundation rebuilt the new library and kindergarten in cooperation with many volunteers and donates. The new master planning and social housing were orderly designed by Kanika R'kul and we helped to design this new community center where provides cultural and educational activities to children.
