The old clinic and house near Oriental Hotel are now under renovation by TCC. The new commercial development totally throws away original function but remains the unique facade of historical architecture and add green spaces. In recent Bangkok, there are some retail projects which have similar style, size and composition. But mostly they did not result in success. I want to pay attention to O.P. Garden, opening soon, in the sense of historical urban context.
